AFS Group manages the built environment on behalf of its clients. The key advantages to clients in utilising AFS Group's services include reduces costs, improved efficiency and freeing up resources to allow clients to concentrate on core issues.

All training conducted by AFS Group is done following strict COVID-19 protocols and is constantly being reviewed to ensure the safety of our students and trainers at all times. Personal protective equipment is available to all students to help minimise any risk of infection as well as thorough cleaning of all equipment used for training. If you feel in any way unwell or believe you may have been exposed or in the company of someone who potentially has been exposed please do not attend your scheduled course. Notify us immediately and we will endeavour to reschedule your training to another time. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

The range of services offered by AFS Group include:

  • Building dilapidation reports.

  • Pre-purchase Inspection.

  • Providing annual fire safety statements - in accordance with the NSW.

  • Environmental planning and assessment act 2-- and Queensland fire and rescue.

  • Preparing asbestos registers and reports - in accordance with occupational health and safety act, occupational health and safety regulations and various codes of practice.

  • Undertaking electrical safety audits including:

    • Thermo scanning of distribution boards, etc (Australian standard S300 section 2).​

    • Residual current devices (AS/NZS 3760).

    • Tagging electrical leads (AS/NZS 3760).

  • Emergency evacuation plans - in accordance with Australian standard 1851-2005​ section 19.

  • Emergency control organisation and procedures - in accordance with Australian standard 3745.

  • Certification of roof safety systems - in accordance with AS/NZS 1890.

  • Playground and playground equipment inspections - in accordance with AS/NZS 4468.

  • Occupational health and safety audits - in accordance with AS/NZS 4801

Building Management

AFS Group will support you in all stages of your development. Our services are available to you 24/7 to ensure your site is on track and running smoothly.​

To ensure your sire is on track and running smoothly, we will: 

  • Conduct weekly inspection of the entire site.

  • source suitable contractors that can deliver a service in accordance with ta scope and within budgets.

  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors.

  • Liaise with local authorities, fire and police to discuss any issues.

  • Provide regular reports and annual safety reports to the executive committee.

  • Assist the owner's corporation and strata with setting up scopes of works for service contractors such as cleaning, lift maintenance, pumps etc.

  • Produce standard operating procedures manuals to assist with the general running of the site and best method of action in the event of an emergency situation.
